# Four LNCT Indore Students Shortlisted for Round 2 of FirstHire Associate Frontend Developer Recruitment Drive 2026
In another proud achievement for LNCT Group of Colleges, Indore, **four students have successfully cleared Round 1 and been shortlisted for Round 2 of the FirstHire Associate Frontend Developer (FED-2026) Recruitment Drive.**
This achievement reflects the students' technical skills, dedication and continuous efforts towards building successful careers in the IT industry.

The following four students have qualified for the next stage of the recruitment process:

### Round 2 – Online Assessment Details
The shortlisted candidates will now participate in an online assessment with the following details:
- **Assessment Platform:** https://getfirsthire.com/
- **Assessment Components:** Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), 2 Coding Problems and a Short Voice Round.
- **Mode:** Proctored Online Assessment.
- **Last Date:** 6 November 2026.
### Important Instructions for Shortlisted Students
All shortlisted candidates are advised to carefully follow the instructions below:
1. Check their registered email inbox and spam folder for an official communication from **talent@thefirstlabs.live**.
2. Look for the email with the subject line: "FED-2026: You've cleared Round 1, here's Round 2".
3. Access the personal assessment link using a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a working camera and microphone.
4. Complete the assessment within the specified seven-day period and before the final deadline of 6 November 2026.
5. Strictly follow all assessment guidelines. The test is monitored, and the use of ChatGPT or any other AI tools is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in disqualification.
